AFE Management System

The AFE Management System is designed to modernize and streamline the AFE process. AFEs can be approved from anywhere with an Internet connection.

The benefits include:

  • Corporate-Wide Database - allows for the management of data through tracking and monitoring.

  • Electronic Routing - eliminates the need for person-to-person approval routing, "Sneaker Network," thus saving time and money.

  • Variance Reporting - ability to track AFE plans to Field Estimates and Accounting.

  • Graphical User Interface (GUI) - allows for a user-friendly environment, with the navigator on the left and the major/minor tabs on the top and right.

  • Integration - "plays nicely with others," it can easily be integrated into existing software infrastructures. Extensions can also be written to extend the system's functionality.

  • Reporting - user controlled with completely customizable Crystal reports to allow for more control and flexibility. History, Variance and Daily Reports are included in the AFE System.

  • Security - achieved at three levels: network, database and application.

  • Support - advanced error checking by sending automatic emails to support if an error is detected.
