AFE Management System

The AFE Management System is designed to modernize
and streamline the AFE process. AFEs can be approved from anywhere
with an Internet connection.
The benefits include:
- Corporate-Wide Database - allows for the management
of data through tracking and monitoring.
- Electronic Routing - eliminates the need for person-to-person
approval routing, "Sneaker Network," thus saving time
and money.
- Variance Reporting - ability to track AFE plans
to Field Estimates and Accounting.
Features:
- Graphical User Interface (GUI) - allows for a
user-friendly environment, with the navigator on the left and
the major/minor tabs on the top and right.
- Integration - "plays nicely with others,"
it can easily be integrated into existing software infrastructures.
Extensions can also be written to extend the system's functionality.
- Reporting - user controlled with completely customizable
Crystal reports to allow for more control and flexibility. History,
Variance and Daily Reports are included in the AFE System.
- Security - achieved at three levels: network,
database and application.
- Support - advanced error checking by sending automatic
emails to support if an error is detected.
